<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small, low-cost, and high-reliability inkjet head, and an image forming device having the same. <P>SOLUTION: A liquid supply substrate 111 is formed with a storage hole part 111b penetrating therethrough from the surface to the rear surface. A mounting region (A) surrounded by the storage hole part 111b is formed on a liquid-chamber substrate 112. A drive-circuit member 109 is stored in the mounting region (A).
