PURPOSE: A heat exchanger for a complex air-dryer is provided to reduce the entire volume of the exchanger and save costs required for manufacturing processes by reducing the number of components. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanger(242) for a complex air-dryer includes a first heat exchanging part(310) and a second heat exchanging part(320). Water from a water pump(241) and coolant gas from a cooling compressor are heat-exchanged in the first heat exchanging part. High temperature air from an air compressor(210) is heat-exchanged with cooling gas and heat-exchanged water. Cool air is discharged. The second heat exchanging part is in connection with the first heat exchanging part. High temperature oil from the air compressor and water from the first heat exchanging part are heat-exchanged in the second heat exchanging part. The oil is returned to the air compressor, and the water is returned to the water pump.
