<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a decorative sheet of a thermosetting resin having inproved bending moldability without loss of appearance and physical properties, by using a sheet of paper make of two or more kinds of synthetic and natural fibers as core paper of the decorative sheet. CONSTITUTION:A sheet of paper consisting of A) a synthetic fiber, which is made by a wet process, impregnated with a thermosetting resin and dried, and B) a cellulosic fiber, e.g., kraft pulp paper, is used as core paper, which is hot-pressed with a release film, a mirror plate, etc. into a decorative plate of a thermosetting resin. The hot pressing is carried out at 80-180 deg.C under a pressure of 3-100 kg/ cm<2>, and its conditions are freely selected depending upon kinds of thermosetting resins and materials (fiber). Both hot and hot cycle and hot and cold cycle can be prossible in molding, and conditions are selected depending upon economical advantage and requirement.</p> |
