The arrangement has combination of several geogrids with geocells (3), which are installed in the traffic area to dissipate the forces such as thrust and shear forces of vehicle laterally into the traffic area. The geocells are filled with different natural or artificial granular materials such as ballast and sand. The geocells have gas and water permeable properties. The combination of geo lattices (2) and geo cell spacers allows transportation of electricity gases or liquids.
