<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel nozzle device having complex nozzle bodies arranged to face a workpiece to achieve high performance of water stream wall membranes of water curtains that are created by curtain water streams, and permitting, in addition, water pressures and water streams to be properly enabled in both of high pressure water streams of water stream jetting nozzles and the curtain water streams of cold water mixed with sherbet. <P>SOLUTION: The complex nozzle bodies N1, N2, are disposed in a mutually facing arrangement vertically across a workpiece W, include a water stream jetting nozzle 10 having a wire Y that passes a through holes h of protruded shafts 2, and jetting a high pressure water stream W1 for working fluid into a fluid channel L formed in an outer circumference of the protruded shaft; and an annular nozzle 20 for producing and surrounding a water curtain WC to an outer circumference of a high pressure water stream produced by the water stream jetting nozzle, to make a water stream wall membrane. A first pump controlling means 42 for regulating a water pressure value Po1 and a water flow rate Qo1 of the curtain water stream W2 is connected to the annular nozzle, and a second pump controlling means 52 for regulating a water pressure value Po2 and a water flow rate Qo2 of the high pressure water stream is connected to the water stream jetting nozzle. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
