<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser beam machining device, which has excellent electromagnetic wave shielding property and is suitable to expose a stable earth electrode, in a functional panel having a functional layer as an optical filter for display. <P>SOLUTION: In the laser beam machining device for machining the surface by emitting a laser beam to the surface of a workpiece which is positioned and arranged beforehand in a predetermined position, the laser beam machining device includes: a laser oscillating unit for output the laser; a laser beam guiding unit for regulating the route on which the laser beam is advanced from the laser oscillating unit to the surface of the workpiece; a moving unit for moving the laser guiding unit relatively to the workpiece; and a laser control unit for controlling the output of the laser. The laser control unit is constituted so as to control the laser emitting time so that the exposure density of a mesh in a unit area becomes within a constant range by responding to the moving speed of the laser beam with respect to the workpiece. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
