PURPOSE: An exercise apparatus for enabling a user to be hung upside down is provided to easily install and move the exercise apparatus. CONSTITUTION: An upside down hanging exercise apparatus comprises a supporting leg part(100) which can be folded, a rotation fixing part(200) which fixes the rotation state, a seat back mat part(300) which is assembled in both sides rotation bar of the rotation fixing part, and a leg fixing part(400) which supports the foot and the ankle of a user. The seat back mat part is separated into a hip mat and a waist mat.
