DEVICE AND METHOD FOR COLLECTING BY SPECIFIC DUTY IN THE WASTE TRANSPORTATION SYSTEMS OF PIPE TYPE

PURPOSE: A meter-rate garbage collecting device for a pipe-shaped garbage transport system is provided to prevent illegal garbage abandonment since an opening unit is controlled by an identification unit which can identifies a person who is putting garbage to the opening unit. CONSTITUTION: A meter-rate garbage collecting device for a pipe-shaped garbage transport system comprises an identification unit(10), an opening unit(20), a measuring unit(30), a calculating unit(40), and a communication unit(50). The identification unit is attached to the surface of a body and indentifies people who drop garbage. The opening unit opens a garbage hole, so the indentified people can drop the garbage. The measuring unit is installed at the lower end of the garbage hole and measures the weight of the garbage. The calculating unit performs charging, exact calculation, totalizing according the weight of the garbage. The communication unit makes inquiries about the person.
