<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an a.c. motor-driven power tool capable of being used even in a position away from an external power supply. <P>SOLUTION: An inverter unit 5 is provided outside a housing 2 and on an uppermost flat surface 22A detachably from the housing 2. When the inverter unit 5 is attached to the housing 2, and the inverter unit 5 is pressed to the housing 2 with a locking member 22E and a locked member 53 opposed to each other, a lower end part 54C is fitted to a through-hole of the locking member 22E, and the inverter unit 5 is fixed to the uppermost flat surface 22A. Also, when an operator presses a lever 57 inside in a lateral direction against the pressure of a spring not shown in a state where the inverter unit 5 is attached to the housing 2, a pressing piece 54 is moved inside in a lateral direction linked with the oscillation of the lever 57, and the lower end part 54C comes off from the through-hole and the engagement with the locking member 22E is released. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
