The wheel suspension device (20) has three connecting elements (30,32,34), where the former connecting element closes the other two connecting elements in the area of a recess in a partial manner. The latter connecting element limits a translational motion along an inclined plane (33) relative to the third connecting element within the former connecting element. The latter connecting element is executed so that a locking of the former connecting element is prepared with the other two connecting elements. An independent claim is also included for a wheel chair with two driving wheels.
