COMPOSITION FOR NON-CEMENT CONCRETE USING BOTTOM ASH AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A non-cement concrete composition using bottom ash and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve the intensity and the durability of the concrete composition using the bottom ash as fine aggregate for admixing concrete. CONSTITUTION: A non-cement concrete composition using bottom ash includes 30-50 weight% of coarse aggregate and 50-70 weight% of bottom ash fine aggregate containing plenty of fine powder. The fine powder is hardened by liquid alkali solidifying agent and bonded. The liquid alkali solidifying agent is manufactured based on an NaOH aqueous solution of 8-12 mol, and the pH value of the liquid alkali solidifying agent are between 13.0 and 14.0. Water glass is added to the NaOH aqueous solution in order to additionally supplying soluble silica.
