PURPOSE: A stamping apparatus using a biochip is provided to improve result reliability and to save test costs. CONSTITUTION: A stamping apparatus using a biochip comprises: a table(10); a first chip table(11a) which is mounted at one side of the table and has a first biochip at the side thereof; a second chip table(11b) having a second biochip at one side; a stamping unit(30) for driving the second chip table; and a controller(60) for controlling the operation of the first and second chip table. The apparatus further comprises a tilting unit(20) which is mounted at the table and performs a seesaw movement. The tilting unit further comprises a tilting motor(21).
