<p>The structure has a maintain exterior element (1) adjustable on a body of a user, and a flat cellulose wadding based absorbing element (2), and an impermeable intermediate element (3) maintaining the absorbing element. The intermediate element is connected to the exterior element by attaching unit. The intermediate element has an elastic edge that covers the absorbing element along a longitudinal zone, at the relaxed and flattened states.
