PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user-friendly fundus photographing device performing observations and photographing with a single image pickup device.SOLUTION: This fundus photographing device includes: a focus index projection optical system that includes a light source emitting visible light and infrared light, and an optical member allows only the infrared light to pass therethrough, and inserts and extracts the optical member on the optical path to selectively form focus indices of the infrared light and the visible light; an observing and photographing optical system that has the image pickup device having sensitivity to the visible light and the infrared light, receives the infrared light reflected from the fundus to form an observation image and receives the visible light reflected from the fundus by the image pickup device to form a photographing image; and a display control means that displays the observation image and the photographing image acquired by the observing and photographing optical system, to a monitor. The display control means corrects the focus state acquired by receiving the infrared focus index and displays the electronically generated focus index to the monitor along with the fundus observation image. |
