The present invention relates to a wind collection tower type wind power generating system, comprising: a wind collection tower section for inducing wind introduced from the outside towards the inside to collect the wind; and a wind power generating section for generating electricity using the wind which has been collected in the wind collection tower section. The wind collection tower section includes: a cylindrical wind tunnel formed with a plurality of wind inlets on the peripheral surface thereof for introducing wind; a guide section for forming induction paths by wind collecting plates and guide plates so that the induction paths guides the wind introduced from the outside into the wind inlets; a plurality of wind induction windows for inducing the wind downwards to be introduced into the wind tunnel, so that the wind is introduced into the wind tunnel via the wind inlets; and a supporting frame formed with a plurality of through holes opened for connecting the induction paths and attached with the wind induction windows by a through hole unit. The wind power generating section includes: an air duct for discharging outside air, which is blown via a blow hole extended from the lower end of the wind tunnel, to the outside via an outlet; an air turbine to be rotated by the outside air which has been blown in from the wind tunnel; and a generator for generating electricity by the air turbine. Therefore, according to the present invention, the wind introduced into the wind tunnel or the inside of induction paths may be induced to the wind power generating section while being prevented from escaping to the outside again by the wind induction windows. In addition, the wind power generation may be carried out stably and efficiently by increasing or decreasing the amount of the wind or the speed of the wind according to the state of the induced wind.
