PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch disconnection mechanism capable of reducing the power consumption by an electric actuator while reducing the backlash sound of the clutch, wherein an electric actuator rotates a cam body to disconnect the clutch. SOLUTION: The clutch disconnection mechanism includes transmission mechanisms (24a, 24b) having a plurality of gear trains for speed steps, clutches (12a, 12b) connected to the gear trains for the speed steps, cam bodies (104a, 104b) for disconnecting the clutches and electric actuators (107a, 107b) for rotating the com bodies, and is provided with a function of moving the clutches (12a, 12b) disconnected a slight distance to a clutch connection side for the shift from a clutch disconnected state to a clutch connection ready state, wherein a region C which does not receive a reaction force of rotation from the clutches (12a, 12b) is provided in a cam phase of the cam bodies (104a, 104b) corresponding to the clutch connection ready state.
