PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid jetting apparatus capable of efficiently removing a fluid sticking to a nozzle formed surface, in a short time. SOLUTION: The fluid jetting apparatus includes a fluid jetting head 19; a fluid supply passage 28 supplying a fluid to the fluid jetting head 19; a valve unit 21 including an on-off valve (a pressure receiving plate 56) provided in the fluid supply passage 28; a flow regulating means (an eccentric cam 81) regulating the flow rate of the fluid supplied to the fluid jetting head 19 from the fluid supply passage 28 by opening the on-off valve, and allowing the fluid to seep out to the nozzle formed surface of the fluid jetting head 19 from a nozzle within a range where the fluid is not jetted from the nozzle of the fluid jetting head 19; and a wiping means for wiping away the fluid seeping out to the nozzle formed surface of the fluid jetting head 19.
