PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated cooler having a simple structure and improved cooling performance. SOLUTION: An inner fin 33 is formed in a waveform having a flat plate portion 331 linearly extending in substantially parallel to a flow direction of a cooling medium, and a top portion 332 for connecting adjacent flat plate portions 331. A cooling medium path 30 in a cooling pipe 3 is divided into a plurality of fine flow paths 333 by the flat plate portions 331. A plurality of reducing portions 34 which are formed on one side or the other side of a fin height direction of the inner fin 33 in the fine flow path 333 and used for reducing the cross sectional area of the flow path of the each of the fine flow paths 333 are formed on the fine flow paths 333. Of the plurality of reducing portions 34, first reducing portions 341 arranged on the one side of the fin height direction and second reducing portions 342 arranged on the other side of the fin height direction are alternately arranged in the flow direction of the cooling medium.
