PURPOSE: A rope controlling apparatus for automatically opening and closing a vinyl house heat insulation cover is provided to prevent the twisting and tangling of ropes. CONSTITUTION: A rope controlling apparatus for automatically opening and closing a vinyl house heat insulation cover includes a screw type rotation roller for winding, a screw protrusion, a rope guiding groove, and a fixing block. The screw type rotation roller(100) for winding includes a screw unit(110) for winding a helix rope. The screw protrusion(210) is coupled with a screw groove(111) and a screw thread(112). The rope guiding groove(220) formed on one end of the apparatus. The fixing block(200) includes a hook(300) fixed to a rod of a vinyl house.
