<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machine for maintaining and improving health with respect to technique of an automatic exercise machine to be used by the aged person or the like apt to lack exercise. <P>SOLUTION: An arm bar 15 with a hand grip 16 is fixed to each tip end of right and left arm bar rotation shafts 3 projecting in suitable length from a mechanical box 1. While similarly a foot bar 18 with a foot fixing body 17 is fixed to each tip end of right and left foot bar rotation shafts 9 projecting in suitable length from the box. A controller to control motion of a motor actuator is wired to the actuator and set on a mechanical box 1. The mechanical box is mounted on a table bed 20.
