A method for touch processing and a mobile terminal are provided, the mobile terminal comprises a sense touch device, the sense touch device comprises a first area and a second area, touch points in the first area have a first respond level, touch points in the second area have a second respond level, and the first respond level is higher than the second respond level; the method comprises: the first touch point and the second touch point are obtained (101); when the first touch point locates in the first area and the second touch point locates in the second area (102), the first touch point is responded (103). A user conducts the touching input by using the method and the mobile terminal, when input touch operations locate in different areas, a touching command corresponding to a touch point is responded, thus misoperation can not be generated; especially when the user holds the mobile terminal to conduct operation, the useful touch command in the first area is automatically responded, and the touch command generated by the misoperation in the second area is shielded, thus the user experience is improved.
