PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water discharge nozzle capable of changing the outlet shape of the nozzle by a simple structure and capable of changing the shape of water diffusion according to the purpose of use. SOLUTION: The water discharge nozzle outlet shape changing mechanism includes: an inner cylinder 10 which functions as a water channel; an outer cylinder 30 disposed on the outside of the inner cylinder 10; a slide mechanism 50 for sliding the outer cylinder 30 in the longitudinal direction relative to the inner cylinder 10; a pair of rotary plates 61 and 62 disposed in the outlet part of the inner cylinder 10 rotatably with one side as the rotating axis; and guide grooves 63 and 64 disposed in the outer cylinder 30 to which the pair of the rotary plates 61 and 62 are partly fitted. When the outer cylinder 30 slides forward, the pair of the rotary plates 61 and 62 are rotated in a direction of separating from each other. When the outer cylinder 30 slides rearward (to the right in Fig.1), the pair of the rotary plates 61 and 62 are rotated in a direction of approaching each other. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
