The invention relates to a novel product comprising at least one type of highly bioavailable mineral, to a method for the preparation thereof, to a compound containing said product and to the uses thereof. The inventive product can be used for preparing a food compound, preferably a food additive or a dietetic product. Said compounds are particularly efficient for preventing or curing diseases related to mineral deficiency.
