PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a straightening method and a straightening machine capable of manufacturing a magnesium alloy rolled plate in high yield.

SOLUTION: The magnesium alloy straightening method includes a supply preparation step of preparing a magnesium alloy rolled plate of a coil shape in a deliverable manner, a hot straightening step of straightening the delivered rolled plate in a heated state by a plurality of rolls, and a winding step of winding the straightened plate, wherein an end removing step of continuously cutting both side ends of the delivered rolled plate is arranged before the hot straightening step.
