PURPOSE: A device for drain and exhaust of a combined steam oven is provided to prevent the backflow of waste water or bad smell into a cooking chamber and to exhaust steam with lowered temperature. CONSTITUTION: A device for drain and exhaust of a combined steam oven comprises a case(10), a cover(20), a sensor connector(30), a waterworks connector(40), a smell blocking part(50), and a backflow prevention part(60). The case comprises a receiving part(11), a water storage part(13), a sewage drain connection pipe(14), and a door drainage connection pipe(15). The cover is installed on top to close the case. The sensor connector controls a control part based on the water temperature of the water storage part measured by a sensor. The waterworks connector supplies cold water to the water storage part according to the control of the controller. The smell blocking part prevents the backflow of sewage smell. The backflow prevention part comprises a steam vent.
