PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage seat capable of reducing manhours when mounted on a vehicle, in the storage seat for moving between a seating use position for positioning the seat on a seat installing part of a floor and a storage position for storing the seat in a seat storage part by reciprocating motion of a front side link and a rear side link, rotatably arranging one end part side in a seat part, arranging a lock part engageable with/disengageable from the seat installing part on the other end part side, and having a leg of rotating up to a state of lying on one's back in the storage position from a rising state in the use position by linking with the movement of the front side link and the rear side link. SOLUTION: A front leg holding mechanism 71 is arranged for prohibiting rotation in the rising state direction of a front leg 45 in an intermediate state between a rising state and a state of lying on one's back and releasing rotation prohibition in the rising state direction of the front leg 45 by rotation of the front leg 45 to the first state of lying on one's back.
