PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve heat dissipation of an organic light emitting element by including a thermal conductive layer. CONSTITUTION: An organic light emitting device(130) is located on a flexible substrate. An encapsulation thin film is formed on the flexible substrate and encapsulates the organic light emitting device. A thermal conductive layer(190) faces the organic light emitting element by interposing the flexible substrate and is contacted with the flexible substrate. A first film is attached to the encapsulation thin film. A second film(220) is attached to the thermal conductive layer.
