The current-heat-direct energy converter comprises an adjusted load resistance (R-L) and a regulating circuit which is connected with an outlet of a solar module. The load resistance is a semiconductor photosensitive device in which the solar-direct current energy is converted to heat energy. The regulating circuit measures the output voltage of the solar module. An independent claim is also included for a switching arrangement with a semiconductor component.
