<p>The tire (1) has a crown (2) extended by side walls (3) and beads (4), where a base of the crown is mounted on a rim base. A carcass reinforcement structure (5) is anchored in the beads. A cellular layer (10) is placed on an internal wall (8) of the tire and includes butyl rubber, where the layer is made of foam material. The layer is adhered to a tire structure about 20 percentages of its surface. A curvilinear length in entire axial section of the layer is greater than a curvilinear length in an axial section of the internal wall that is in contact with the layer. An independent claim is also included for a method of fabricating a tire.</p> |
