PURPOSE: A heat emitting device of an LED illumination module is provided to make a heat emitting container including phase-change materials contact a heat sink to absorb heat transferred from the LED illumination module, thereby increasing the efficiency of emitting heat. CONSTITUTION: A heat emitting device of an LED illumination module comprises a heat emitting container(200), a phase change material, heat emitting fins(220), and a heat sink(100). The phase change material is contained in the heat emitting container. The heat emitting fins are attached to the heat emitting container. The heat emitting fins(110) are arranged in an edge. A space is formed in the heat emitting fins. The heat emitting device of the LED illumination module includes a support unit with a fan. The support unit is attached to the upper part of the heat emitting fins and discharges air to the heat emitting fins. |
