PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a window regulator which prevents a pulley provided to a window regulator from interfering with a reinforcement, even for a vehicle provided with the reinforcement. SOLUTION: A lowering side inner cable locking part is provided on the upper side of a carrier plate, the terminal of a raising side inner cable is locked to the raising side inner cable locking part, the terminal of the lowering side inner cable is locked to the lowering side inner cable locking part, the raising side and lower side inner cables are wound on a direction-changing member, and the raising side inner cable locking part is offset with the lowering side inner cable locking part so that the distance in the vertical direction between the raising side inner cable locking part and the lowering side inner cable locking part becomes a distance to secure a stroke between the full open position and the full closed position of glass.
