PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform acoustic regeneration in all three-dimensional directions, without using a number of loudspeaker units. SOLUTION: A loudspeaker includes: a magnetic circuit for generating a DC magnetic flux; a first diaphragm provided with a first coil, and performing acoustic regeneration with a driving force in a first direction generated between the magnetic circuit and the first coil; a second diaphragm provided with a second coil, and performing acoustic regeneration on a backside of the first direction with a driving force generated, between the magnetic circuit and the second coil, in a second direction opposite to the first direction; and a third diaphragm performing acoustic regeneration with a driving force in a third direction of a circumferential direction orthogonal to the first direction and the second direction in an area between a circumferential end of the first diaphragm and a circumferential end of the second diaphragm.
