摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat reservoir capable of sucking and discharging a heat exchange medium at a position separated away from a boundary face with a heat storage material irrespective whether or not there is fluctuation of a liquid level height of a layer of the heat exchange medium following phase transformation of the heat storage material. SOLUTION: The heat reservoir includes the heat storage material 2 used for storing heat by latent heat storage, a heat storage container 3 housing a predetermined amount of the heat storage material 2, supply pipes 5, 5, etc. for supplying the heat exchange medium 4 with a small specific gravity compared to the heat storage material 2 into the heat storage material 2 from an exterior of the heat storage container 3, and a discharge part 6 for discharging the heat exchange medium 4 comprising a layer in an upper side of the heat storage material 2 in the heat storage container 3 due to a difference of specific gravities from an interior to an exterior of the heat storage container 3. The discharge part 6 has an outlet 13 disposed in the layer of the heat exchange medium 4, and a liquid level following mechanism (a flexible pipe 9, a float member 11, or the like) is included to have the outlet 13 follow fluctuation of the liquid level height of the layer of the heat exchange medium 4.
