PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a front flow fixed wing body with a duct capable of maximizing propulsion efficiency of a ship, by providing a shape and an arrangement state for optimum coupling between a front flow fixed wing, for changing a flow-in angle of a fluid coming into a propeller to enhance the propulsion efficiency, and the duct, for acceleration-straightening a front fluid of the propeller to enhance the propulsion efficiency. SOLUTION: This front flow fixed wing body with the duct includes the at least one front flow fixed wing 14 arranged radially with respect to the center line X of the propeller 12 in a stern part of a hull, the cylindrical duct 16 coupled to a free end of the front flow fixed wing 14, and a support structure 18a for fixing the duct 16 onto the hull, and the center line of the duct 16 is made to be eccentric to the center line X of the propeller 12, in view from the stern part to a bow part.
