摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic device for an industrial vehicle capable of surely suppressing a defect during the descent of a loading member, and regenerating power by the descent of the loading member. SOLUTION: In the hydraulic device 1, discharge paths 51-54 are branched into a regeneration path 52 including a hydraulic motor 28 and a second flow rate control valve 20, and a bypass path 51 including a first flow rate control valve 10, and both of them are joined to each other. The first flow rate control valve 10 limits a bypass flow rate A1 to not higher than a first flow rate Q1 equal to a target flow rate T, and also increases the bypass flow rate A1 to compensate for deficiency when a regeneration flow rate A2 is insufficient for the target flow rate T. The second flow rate control valve 20 limits the regeneration flow rate A2 to not higher than a second flow rate Q2 which does not exceed the capacity of the hydraulic motor 28 and is larger than the target flow rate T. The controller 2 adjusts a load of a generator 27 so that the regeneration flow rate A2 approaches the target flow rate T while preventing the regeneration flow rate A2 from becoming lower than the target flow rate T.
