PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor, an information processing method, a program, and an interactive system capable of reducing the number of operational failures caused by the fact that the meaning of the utterance of a user is not adequately understood.

SOLUTION: A control unit 4 of an interactive robot includes an integrated certainty function computation unit 19 for quantifying the ambiguity of the utterance of a user as the certainty function, an response selection unit 21 for selecting an operational response or an identified utterance response based on the certainty function, and an identified utterance generation unit 23 for generating the identified response when the identified utterance response is selected.
