PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To know a determination result of right and wrong from a file name of an image file, and to know also a content exceeding the determination result of the right and wrong from the file name. SOLUTION: Character recognition is carried out by a character region extraction section 2, a features amount storing section 3, a features amount extraction section 4 and a features amount verifying section 5 regarding a character extracted from an image which is an inspection subject imaged by an imaging device 1. A determination section 6 carries out the right/wrong determination of whether or not a desired character coincides with the result of the character recognition for the character included in the image obtained by imaging the inspection subject. A file name generating section 7 generates the file name containing at least the character that does not coincide with the determination result when it is not determined to coincide by the determination section 6.
