PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a call control technique which is free from complication of processing in spite of many connection types, and prevents addition of a new connection type from exerting an influence upon an entire system. SOLUTION: A call control device 2 has: a plurality of originating-side call control means 23; a plurality of terminating-side call control means 24; a storage means 211 wherein identification information of the originating-side call control means and that of the terminating-side call control means, which are used for respective calls, are stored; a selection means 222 which selects an originating-side call control means corresponding to a connection type of an originating-side device and selects a terminating-side call control means corresponding to a connection type of a terminating-side device; and a signal control means 21 which stores the identification information of the originating-side call control means and that of the terminating-side call control means, which are selected by the selection means 222, into the storage means 211 and indicates call control processing to the selected originating-side call control means and terminating-side call control means.
