PURPOSE: A smart card with a database management function and a smart card managing system are provided to integrate distributed data according to application programs, thereby enabling each application program to efficiently use the integrated data. CONSTITUTION: An application driving module(140) comprises a database access account. A database management unit(150) authenticates the access account. The database management unit executes a purpose code. A multi-platform file system interface(230) of the database management unit adjusts a route for accessing a database.
