<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic in which the leak current is reduced than that of a BF-BKT-based ceramic, a raw material thereof and method for producing the ceramic. <P>SOLUTION: The ceramic contains a first material of an oxide which contains bismuth and iron, a second material of an oxide which contains bismuth, potassium and titanium and a third material of an oxide which contains bismuth and manganese, wherein the first material, the second material and the third material form a solid solution. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
