<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cope with problems in a case when at least self control request is not adopted as it is by allowing a manager to know availability of self control request. <P>SOLUTION: This equipment management system 100 includes request receiving sections 22b, 22c, a request memorizing section 25c, a creating section 22e, and a notifying section 22f, and manages equipment items A1, A2, A7 belonging to a plurality of managers. The request receiving sections 22b, 22c receive the control requests applicable to the equipment items A1, A2, A7 from the plurality of managers. The request memorizing section 25c memorizes the plurality of control requests derived from the plurality of managers. The creating section 22f creates control data applied to the equipment items A1, A2, A7 on the basis of at least one control request.
