<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveying device of a heat treat furnace free from generation of cracking, as in a walking beam type heat treat furnace, a temperature of a treated object suddenly changes, the treated object receives stress and warps, and cracking may generate from a peripheral edge of the treated object, particularly, when the treated object comes out from the heat treat furnace. <P>SOLUTION: In this conveying device 4b of the heat treat furnace having a plurality of loading sections 8 to load the treated object 6, and pitch-conveying the treated object 6 to the other loading section 8, the loading sections 8 of the conveying device are provided with heating means 7 at least at outer parts at an outlet side of the heat treat furnace. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
