PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem, wherein even though a user who is in a serious situation opens an address book and selects a called person side therefrom, each time, to make contact with someone, the user may fail to make the contact because the called person side powers off his or her mobile phone or is busy or is set in an automatic answering mode. SOLUTION: A mobile phone is provided with an emergency switch at a part of its body; an origination chip is built in the body of the mobile phone; and telephone numbers of a plurality of persons are previously registered in the origination chip through the functions on a display screen of the mobile phone. When the emergency switch is turned on, settings are set so as to call contact destinations in the order of the registration in the origination chip, for example, in a loop of order: A→B→C→...→A. The origination chip is enabled to accept registration, alteration, and deletion. The mobile phone has a function of carrying on origination to the contact destinations, in the order of the registration one after another in the loop once the emergency switch of the mobile phone is turned on, thereby enabling making contact with someone.
