PURPOSE: A cage capable of regulating distance between spines is provided, which removes difficulty of insertion into a case after pyramidale removal. CONSTITUTION: A cage capable of regulating distance between spines comprises: a casing(10) which is formed into a pyramidale shape and has a space thereinside; a driving part installed inside the casing; and a pair of fixation pins(16,22) in which one end is respectively projected from the upper and lower parts of the casing and which are extended up and down around the casing by a driving unit. In the fixation pin, a rack gear gearing with the driving unit is formed.
