PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger reducing manufacturing costs. SOLUTION: The heat exchanger used as an oil cooler is equipped with: a plurality of flat hollow bodies 2; a pair of first ventilation clearance forming members arranged between the adjacent flat hollow bodies 2; a pair of second ventilation clearance forming members 4 arranged on the outside of the flat hollow bodies 2 positioned on both ends; and an attachment bracket 7 arranged on the outside of the flat hollow bodies 2 on the both ends and joined to the second ventilation clearance forming member 4. The attachment bracket 7 has a flat plate shaped base part 21 and an attachment part 22 provided on a front side end of the base part 21. A bracket pressing part 23 is provided on the second ventilation clearance forming members 4. Both ends of the base part 21 of the attachment bracket 7 is joined to the second ventilation clearance forming member 4 in the state of being pressed from the outside by the bracket pressing part 23.
