PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excitation device for exciting a member to be excited at high responsiveness and a desired frequency.SOLUTION: This excitation device 100 includes an excitation actuator unit 20 for exciting the member to be excited along at least different three axis directions, and a control device 5 for controlling the excitation actuator unit 20 to excite the member 31 to be excited according to an input input frequency. The excitation actuator unit 20 includes an electric excitation actuator unit 21 for exciting the member 31 to be excited along each axis direction, and a hydraulic servo excitation actuator unit 24 for exciting the member 31 to be excited along each axis direction. |
