FIELD: technological processes.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rolling of a solid cross-section billets solid cross-section with piercing of a blind hole by means of a central mandrel. Device includes the following devices installed in process sequence: bin, conveyor, induction heating furnace three-roll rolling mill, billet calibration mechanisms and cooling device. Device is equipped with a processing centre, uniting the device for separation of single-piece blanks and the device for centering of their end arranged behind the processing centre of the loading device with a mechanism of a lengthwise orientation of blanks relative to the end profile, and two-position rotary plate installed on the frame with an alignment bushing and bearing a lead screw with a central punch-mandrel, the nut of which is kinematically connected with a reversible drive, while mounted on the two-position rotary plate is a matrix of calibration mechanism adjacent to a stripper, and a container with a row of precision rings, while on the line of centres of the calibration mechanism there is assembled a driven pusher, combined with the centering bushing of the frame.EFFECT: higher efficiency and automation during performance of a complete cycle of making workpieces with high geometric accuracy and having specified strength characteristics.1 cl, 3 dwg |
