PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic proportional throttle valve and a power steering device not affected by temperature of working fluid for the minimum flow rate obtained with the minimum valve opening.SOLUTION: In the electromagnetic proportional throttle valve used for the power steering device, an opening area variable range of which the opening area of a variable throttle part 41 changes in accordance with displacement of a valve element 25 in an axial direction after the valve body 25 is inserted in a valve hole 24, and the valve hole 24 is formed into a sharp-edged orifice. |
