PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrospinning apparatus capable of decreasing voltage threshold value required for the electrospinning.SOLUTION: A roller type electrospinning apparatus includes: an electrospinning-solution immersion mechanism 110 having at least a raw-material tank 112 for containing the electrospinning solution and a scooping roll 114 rolling in the raw-material tank; a linear impression electrode 120 contacting the scooping roll to be adhered with the electrospinning solution; a casing 132; a plurality of exhaust vents 134 disposed on the casing; a plurality of slits 136 disposed on the casing and facing the electrospinning-solution immersion mechanism; a collecting electrode module 200 having a plurality of serrate collecting electrodes 138 disposed next to the slits and having a plurality of protrusions 139 arranged opposing toward the electrospinning-solution immersion mechanism; and a high-voltage power supply 140 connected to the linear electrode and the serrate collecting electrodes.
