The invention relates to inorganic chemistry and may be used in manufacturing middle temperature converters of heat energy to electric energy. The thermoelectric material based on monocrystalline composition comprising thallium, sulphuric and additionally stanum. Composition of monocrystal composition TlSnShas maximal thermoelectric Q-factor within temperature interval of 475-525 K. The invention provides increasing thermoelectric Q-factor.
